    I'm 18 and my gril friend is 17 and wants to move out.... can she move out with me????.....

    Not legally. In fact you could be charged.

      Moving out a friend who is 17 years depends on the state in which the teenager lives and her personal situation. In most of the States in US, it is illegal for any teen under the age of 18 to move out from their parent’s home and live independently. The only exception is in Texas and Missouri, where teenagers are allowed to move out at the age 17.

      It is always advisable to seek the assistance of an attorney who can help answer any questions you may have.

            but in TX cant she move out because shes 17..... were staying in TX so its not like im taking her a cross state lines??
