My ex and i splite before we found out i was pregant though the pregancy we where on and off but off.
When my daughter was born he asked me to take him back and rhat he was going to change blar blar blar. We broke up afain becouse he was doing drugs with his freinds and we where figuring alot. He attacked me in rhe febuary after my daughter was born in the july. It was bad but i beloved then and srill do thst it was my fault so i did nothing about it.
He has been a hit and miss father ever since. He pits getting laid or doing drugs as more important then his daughter. When he meet is most resont ex he stooed giving any money for his daughter and owed me a lot. I took him to csa but he is smart he works for 11 weeks then signs back on so my daughyer gets nothing but 2.50 a week.
On rhe 29th of december he showed up at my home drunk and i could smell the wee from a joint he had smoked. He walked in it was 12.45am. He wanted to talk about the dax he did not buy a present or even a card and didn't even ring his daughtr on christmas day. I was mad at first but he was tring to close his eyes to go sleep. So i told hom to just visit on saturdays rebuild trust and we would see where it went. He was ok with thar then i asked him to leave. He wouldn't go. He said he had no where else to go in the proses i got assy coz i didn't want him in my house then he attacked me again. When he let go of me he tried to apolages. I went for the phone he took it from me claimi f he was calling his ill mum as if i was calling police she would have to bail hom out.
He continued to talk bit i wasn't really lisoning i kept saying he had to go. Then my daughter came down i must of dallen asleep when i took her back to bed.
Later when i woke he was still ther on the sofa. O told him he had to get up and leave he becane angue and with half and hour he had gone for me agai this time with my daughter in the room she is 2 and a half and witens me begging him to leave and him pushing and grabing me. When he finaly left i was able to call the police. But he went rinning to his mums who os ill with cancer. I did not press charges but the police told him he should see a solitor about visitation.
I have told him i want nothing to so with him and he is not welcome at my house. I would like to be left alone but he is going to fight me. If he wants to have a relationship with his daighter i dont want to stop him as she dose know him bit i want it in a controled way. I am now scared what a solitor is going to do for him as his is seeing one on wednesday morning.
Am i in the wrong here. What can i do to keep me and my daughter safe?
