Can somebody get a domestic violence order or conviction against you because of things you are posting in facebook?
And facebook is not removing them so they obviously arent that bad.

My ex is threatening to get DV conviction...I don't even know what that would mean in this context????

It depends on what you're posting. You might get sued for using his name without written consent, domestic abuse shown in the post, etc. They break the laws, but they don't go against Facebook rules. Bulls--t. I don't have to read what you are posting to know that it is likely hostile and objectionable to your ex.

All she has to do is go to court and claim that she fears that you'll do violence to her. Then she'll get the restraining order. If you keep doing what you are doing you'll end up in jail.

If this is your ex-wife and you have issues, court is the place to get them resolved.

If this is an ex-girlfriend, stop posting and get on with your life.
