Wife won't give me her information such as last 4 of social security

I need to serve my wife with the divorce papers but she won't give me her information such as last 4 of social security and last three of drivers licence, do this have to be in there? We have been separated for 4 years now.

I wish to inform you that laws of your state and court rules govern information to be provided. If your wife does not inform you then you can prepare a divorce petition without this information and in discovery stage you can have this information.

In what state do you reside? In the few I am familiar with that require the parties to reveal their social security number, they do not require that one party have access to and reveal both parties -- just their own.

I am from Texas, the petition has been made but I was trying to get her to sign a weiver cause she had said before that she would, I guess she changed her mind.
