Husband's offshore records during divorce

My husband formed some corporations off shore about 10 years ago.

When I file for divorce this year will I be able to get and see all those records?
Can the US court make him do that?

You ask for the records. If he doesn't provide them you file for contempt. That's the simple answer. The reality is a lot more complicated than can be explained with what little information you provide here.

I suggest you go online and google Nevada divorce. Study up on the process. Court websites often have good self-help pages.
