I got marriage social drama in India 23 years ago. My wife got pregnant within 2 months and deserted me soon after pregnancy. I got US citizenship 4 years ago as single status from now without registering my marriage in registrar office. Now my wife and son are forcing for divorce. Can I go clean from India to US without loosing property to wife and son?

I wish to inform you that as regards son you may not have to contribute anything because your son is an adult. As regards mother you may have to give some alimony. In alimony case court considers equitable distribution of assets. If your wife is having more assets as compared to you then you may not have to give any assets.

Your life is complicated on many levels. Your wife appears to be seeking divorce based on India law and your faith. I suggest you hire a lawyer to represent your interests. Remember that child you had and never supported, it may come back to haunt you. Then there is that little issue of immigration fraud. Your citizenship could potentially be revoked for lying on the application.
