Notice of deposition: If i dont attend/show up, what will happen?
I am almost a the end of my divorce. The judge has granted my X custody of the kids.I still have legal custody and alot of visitation and telephone contact. I recently received a Notice of Deposition from her attorney. My question is, do i have to attend this and if i dont attend/show up, what will happen?
