Will the State of GA give full faith and credit to an Italian CS order if I register it? I know that there are no treaties nor agreements between USA and Italy.

I wish to inform you that the provisions of 7 FAM 1750 INTERNATIONAL CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT will have jurisdiction in this matter. If there is no state-level or Federal arrangement between USA and Italy, it may be necessary for you to retain the services of a private attorney in the US to attempt to enforce the foreign judgment in accordance with U.S. law.
