I have sole legal and primary custody of my daughter and her mother has monitored visits with her parents do the supervising but the problem is that they don't follow the court order at all, the grandfather is suppose to pick up my daughter from my home and the visit is suppose to be at my daughters grandparents home and my daughters mother can't have her significant other around my daughter yet the grandfather sends his wife for my daughter and the grandparents take my daughter out everywhere and the mother is never even at the visit and the only time she was her parents let her take my daughter out and with her significant other like if I would not find out and now I'm just to the point where I don't know what to do, I'm thinking that if the mother isn't using her visitation then the grandfather shouldn't be able to take her but can I tell him he can't?

Re: supervised visit problems
If they are not following the court order you must take action.
If the court order specifies one person to do the pick up you ONLY release the child to that person. With the other issues you need to file contempt on every item they have not followed properly. You need to do this every time.

Re: supervised visit problems
I take log of everytime they pick my daughter up and the times and all that stuff but the judge seems to be pro mom and hardly ever wants to hear anything I have to say, the mother has 2 days a month and he asked her if she wanted child support, I also shown proof that she uses drugs and is unfit and yet the judge never drug tested her he just Sayd its her choice if she wants to sign up to some drug program that drug test, just this past Monday I was falsely accused of having a weapond and being a drug user and had sheriffs and social worker show up at my house at 9am and I let them do what they had to I even went to get drug tested and everything is fine but what worrys me is that if I go back to court for anything the judge might give my daughters mom more custody even with a lawyer

Re: supervised visit problems
This is the judge that ordered supervised visitation for just 2 days a month? He doesn't sound pro-mom to me.
It's obviously your choice. There's a reason the judge ordered kiddo can't be around this guy. If you choose to do nothing, and something had happens, don't imagine they aren't going to come to you - you had knowledge and did nothing to protect your child. Because you're afraid of the judge?

Re: supervised visit problems
I had to go to court for almost 2 years for him to drop her visit that low, I went to court on various occasions and she didn't show up I also went to mediation 3 times she only showed up once, I filed default to because she never filed any response or any paperwork to court and still the judge always wanted her to have half custody or more.
