I live in Huntington,WV and My Ex lives in Waverly,Ohio...After several trips to court due to her not letting me see my children, The judge found her in contempt of court...He put a 3 month hold on the original order and I have to go to the police station in her town and pick them up and return them Sunday 10 am to Sunday at 8pm...There was no conditions to the 3 months??? The boys play basketball on the weekends for their schools so I didn't fight the 3 month order...I represented myself in this hearing but still won...The judge told me I had three months to change the order and she could do the same...After the 3 months is up it goes back to reg. vistitaion...I needed to know if there was anything she could file in attempt to keep the court order as it stands...I truely don't know how the judge had the right to even put the 3 month hold anyway since she was found in contempt...I pay my child support and want to see my children as stated on our visitation schedule...Should I file something extra during the 3 month hold...It is up on March 12,2013...Thank You very much for your time...God Bless

Re: What can she do now? The judge told me I had 3 months to change the order
I wish to inform you that court considers best interest of child as main consideration. In this regard other parent can argue that best interest are being served in this manner. You can prepare argument that best interest of child are served when child keep in contact with both the parents and that is when your reg. visitation schedule is followed. You can therefore ask same schedule to be followed. You can seek directions that mother must be punished as has been held liable contempt of court which can include imprisonment.
