My ex-girlfriend and I have three children together, with no visitation arrangements because of a recent separation (and we were never married), which will more than likely change within the next couple months. She is currently dating an individual who is on a sex offender list for AGGRAVATED CRIMINAL SEXUAL ABUSE/VICTIM 13-16, and he is listed on the registry as a 'Sexual Predator.' So my question is, are there any legal grounds in which I can prevent my ex from exposing our children to a known sex offender? I realize that the matter will have to go to court, but I am not sure if there is anything I can legally do about the situation. I thank you in advance for any response I may receive.
