  • Separation agreement: Do I have to go to court to change the existing agreement?

When we separated we had a separation agreement, then divorced and most things in the agreement have changed. He no longer wants to pay support because we now have shared custody. He makes $15 000 a year more than me. Do I have to go to court to change the existing agreement?
