  • NO contact info: Are we legally allowed to refuse her parenting time?

We have custody of my step-son. His mother gets to see him every other weekend. She is very difficult to deal with. But now she has changed her phone number and refuses to give us any contact information. In my eyes we should be able to deny her parenting time because of this. We really can not afford to call an attorney, as we haev already spent thousands of dollars to get custody in the first place. Does anyone know if we are legally allowed to refuse her parenting time if she refuses to give us her number. In the 807.5 parenting plan, which is what we are on. (We live in Oregon). It states that each parent shall provide the other parent with their home address and home telephone. Please if anyone has any legitimate legal advise help us out.
