Child support question: I have US and Moroccan citizenship...

I have us and Moroccan citizenship I live now in morocco where I got my divorce 04/06/06 with visitation rights and child support .
tree months later july 18 my ex left morocco and traveled to the US Texas without my knowledge or the court knowledge (abducted my child).
Sometime in September i received letter in morocco from attorney General saying that I need to show up for hearing in Texas
Please give me advice

Send the Texas AG the Moroccan ruling as a first step--it is supposed to govern now--WLD lawyers can intervene if need be.
