  • Can a Plea Bargain be Reversed?

After agreeing to accept a plea bargain, pleading guilty and signing the agreement along with the Judge, is it possible for a person to somehow get the plea bargain reversed if they realize after a stay in jail that they have made the wrong decision, or if they believe that their attorney misrepresented them?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes it does happen but there have to be very good reasons: eg fraud, duress, complete failure to understand, etc.

What if you took the plea bargain due to your public defender scaring you into taking the plea, then at sentencing there was more to the plea agreement then what you agreed to? IE: they added more things on to it.
Is there any legal help out there on this?
