is it easy to fight or contest a road conditions ticket, I was going the speed limit but the officer said the so-called Extreme Ice and Ice rain made that speed unacceptable and dangerous . I disagree and I have very strong special tires that work very well in the winter Etc, so I want to contest this ticket.

What time of day or night did this happen?
Was traffic light, moderate, or heavy?
Was it raining at the time?
Were other vehicles going slower than you?

You special tires aren't going to mean anything. I'm sure that most of the vehicles in Michigan also have special tires for winter driving.
