I was given a ticket for Scott's Law when my left lane was obstructed and I slowed down by at least twenty miles per hour. Is this even fair?

A Class C misdemeanor can have a great effect on your life and ability to obtain employment. This can also result in jail time. I suggest your family find the money to hire a local attorney specializing in traffic, to seek amendment to a lessor, but similar charge, possibly11-305(a)Disobeying traffic control device a petty offense.

That is really unfair on you because it don't seems to be your mistake. You should not plea guilty and ask the jury for a attorney to help you in getting out of this situation. It was not your fault.
