I am applying for restoration of license. Ten years (habitual offender) was up in October. I assumed that my suspension was up. Going through evaluation at VASAP but have gotten another ticket for driving on suspended. Given $100 fine and 30 days. Should I appeal to keep conviction from showing up until going to court for license restoration? If found guilty in appeal I could face jail time.
