  • Database for pending speeding warrants

    Hello
my question is in respect to speeding ticket.
I was handed a citation on July 4th, 2005 in Coaliga City (on I-5 south) for
speeding. I was told by the officer to call the Superior Court in Coalinga
    to get further details.

I called up the Coalinga Superior Court within the next 1 week. I was told,
that the court hadnt received all the citations yet and that I have done my
    duty of calling them.

I have waited almost 1.5 yrs to have the ticket mailed to me, but havent
received it yet. I have tried contacting the Coalinga Court but the phone is
    always busy (559 935 2017).

In the meantime, in Sept 2005, we moved to our new home giving my forwarding
address to the post office for 1 year. Still I did not get any ticket in the
    mail.

    Now my question(s) are:

    1. Is there a way to know if there is a pending claim under my name.

    2. If there a way to find out that there is a warrant in my name - since if
by chance i am speeding again (which i generally dont do) and the police
officer checks his archives and find there is one warrant against me then I
will have to face more problems than just a speeding ticket

Please help me in this respect
    thanks

You may call the local police and the clerk of the court that was involved. They will both know.
