How long does a warrant for arrest in the US last for smaller items? Like not showing in court for a 300 dollar theft charge for example?

Can they take you in say 15 yrs later?

Just curious as it could be relevant at some point.!

I wish to inform you that once a warrant for arrest has been issued then that court issued warrant will remain effective till the time person is arrested and presented before court. If there is a pending arrest warrant then person can go to court to set aside that warrant. A court can set aside any warrant and issue such directions as it may consider just.
