Blackmailed in Florida, live in IL, they in AZ

In 2010 I was repeatedly sexually assaulted by a husband and wife in florida. When i got around to pressing charges i was 4 months past the statute of limitations. I want to warn girls who might meet with them (and I have ways of doing this) but in June 2010 they blackmailed me saying i could not tell anyone what I say they did who has a common interest of ours. It was an emaul which i still have. In it they say they will defame me on their popular adult blog. I dont care what their friends see or hear. Friends of theirs arent friends of mine. I AM worried MY friends or employers (I am looking for work right now) will google my name and come across me on their blog, full of lies about me. They also have nude photos of me i did not know were being taken at the time. They did not specify they would use these but i wouldnt put it past them. What can i do if they act on their blackmail? Do i need a Florida attorney since they issued it from there, an Il attorney because that is where i am, or an AZ attorney because that is where they would act on it?

I wish to inform you that if other person defame you then you can file a suit for defamation and can claim compensation. Further you can report matter to law enforcement agencies if without your consent any of your reference is placed on any adult website. You may also refer to law enforcement about the threat being given to you. Statue of Limitation cannot apply to your present blackmail treat because it being of a continuous nature as you are constantly being blackmailed. As the matter involve online violation of law thus IC3 may also be contacted and matter may be reported to them.

Generally speaking, it is not difficult for a swinger couple to find a young woman who wants to play with them, regardless of how sadistic or masochistic the play is. It appears you went into this willingly and are now angry they posted your play time photos. What they are doing does not appear to be blackmail. It appears to be a promise.

Well first of all i dont know what you mean by a promise. Secondly, the photos were not taken wilingly on my end. I had no clue they were being taken until after the fact, and had asked that they not do it without checking first. I only gave them permission once and that was with strict guidelines... no facial, no frontal. Thse i am referring to are of a completely different nature. I also specifically told them from the start never to use my real info on their site. That is why i view it as wrong.

The statute of limitations (criminally) is four years so they have not run out. It is at least as long civilly.

They can defame you by simply posting what your sexual proclivities are in the blog. I'm sure based on your posts, they have supporting photos. What you view as blackmail, is simply them promising to get even for you breaking the lifestyle code, by attempting to defame them in front of vanilla associates. I was not there when you made any photo requests, however, it is common for pictures of a slave being tortured and used, to be photographed. The photos tend to be deemed artistic in nature by those in the lifestyle.
