  • Is there a way to find out who the prosecutor or judge was?

I got arrested in Aug 1995 with a criminal charge and then dropped to a traffic charge. I never did time in jail, probation or had a parole officer. I know I paid a $150 fine. I'm trying to get information about that case and it's getting very difficult but there's got to be a way to find something. I contacted the criminal and traffic divisions which said they only keep records in their archives for ten years and then they destroy them. Police report shows no records. Unfortunately, I don't remember who my attorney was (I only met him once for 5 mins) or the case number. Is there a way to find out who the prosecutor or judge was? maybe a way to find out who my attorney was? are there any other kind of records that could lead me to at least the case number or any info about the case? Please help.

The clerk of the court involved has the records, and if for some reason they don't then it is gone--but that would be very rare.
