Scenario. Girl is 15, would be 16 when baby is born, Guy is 19, 20 when baby is born. Say all parents give consent to the relationship, the sexual acts, and the pregnancy.. would the male still get in trouble with the law?

That normally is still a crime and the state can prosecute if the DA wishes.

yup. her parents cannot give their consent for their daughter to be raped( and thats exactly what happened). you are an adult she is a child. and no, being in the military doesnt change the fact that you raped and impregnanted a child. you best get a lawyer, you may need one. if you are convicted, you will be known as a lifetime sex offender
