    I was wondering, that what is the difference in pleading \"Guilty\" and \"No Contest\"?

    I wish to inform you that there is a difference between pleading 'guilty' and 'no contest'. In 'no contest' the person is not accepting the charges. In this the person tries to avoid the civil penalties which the person may have if the criminal charges are admitted. In pleading 'guilty' the person accepts the charge. No contest can also be pleaded where the person does not remember the charges and also the fact that in later trial the person can deny the charges.
