    i didnt open the door for the police when they knocked with no warrant. i told them i would open the door when my dad arrive and was charged with obstruction of a governmental operation is that possible

    Who were they there to speak to? You could have opened the door and refused to allow them entry without a warrant and would have been well within your rights. They could not have charged you with obstruction.

    You need to speak to an attorney regarding these bogus charges.
