No contact order. What steps, if any, can be taken to have the order dropped?

A friend of mine has a no contact order between herself and another girl. What steps, if any, can be taken to have the order dropped. Order was based on a stalking charge. There was a fine issued not yet paid to the court.

He can ask for hearing in front the judge and explain his side of the story. And ask that it be removed or that actions be taken against her if need be.

It is not impossible but courts are wary of lifting the ban if there has been some serious issues in the past.

You need to show why things have truly changed and the the likelihood of NO problems if the order is lifted.

although I would had that circumstances do change oh, and if that has occurred it is worth making the request the worst the judge can do is to deny you.
