I'm living in Kenya and I bought a used a car from Japan.
The car arrived with a technical problem which has cost a lot of money to put right. I have been in touch with the supplier, who says that my claim cannot be considered as it was not lodged within the 14 days from the date the vehicle arrived at the destination port, as stipulated in their Claims Policy and Guarantee.
In your opinion is it worth purusing further, and if so what would be the best way to do this.
