I have a question about our Consulting LLC (soon to be changed to a DC). We are thinking of switching from a "Virtual Office" space to having our office operations our of one of our homes. Two of us own homes, one of us rents. My question is this:
Is there any additional liability for the partner that has the business operations in their home? Is it smarter for the partner who rents to have the office in his home? In other words, is there a risk of losing a home if it is considered the actual business address?
Thank you for the insight...
Sincerely,
