Throwing people out on certain grounds

Is it legal for an owner of a private business to:

a) throw a customer out on social grounds (for instance: a man is loudly and absurdly declaring that he is a profit)?

b) throw a customer out if he is homosexual(this information is found out through the course of regular discussion)

c) throw a customer (for instance: the man from question a) out if he destroys property or attacks somebody

Yes at to all -- but point two may spark litigation if you are a publicly available and accessible business. We would not suggest you should act on point two.
