What if hes kicking you out of his store for a personal/legal matter that happened 13 years ago and has been expunged from your record?

Any private business can choose not to allow you on their premises for that reason.
Due to a recent promotion, I should now be referred to as Major Obvious.

I would not be trying to provide information and knowledge if I did not sympathize.

Some days it is just not worth chewing through the restraints to face life.

An owner of a business can refuse a customer except for grounds that constitute class discrimination of a protected class under federal law, the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

Those who rack up criminal records are not a protected class.

The exact area of law is the "Public Accomodation" laws (state and federal), meaning any place of PA, such as a store, can only ban business invitees for a reason NOT prohibited by law, yours, I would greatly venture, is not one.

Such reasons of prohibition to ban may be race, color, sexual orienation, etc.
