Any private business can choose not to allow you on their premises for that reason.Due to a recent promotion, I should now be referred to as Major Obvious.

An owner of a business can refuse a customer except for grounds that constitute class discrimination of a protected class under federal law, the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
Those who rack up criminal records are not a protected class.Comment

The exact area of law is the "Public Accomodation" laws (state and federal), meaning any place of PA, such as a store, can only ban business invitees for a reason NOT prohibited by law, yours, I would greatly venture, is not one.
Such reasons of prohibition to ban may be race, color, sexual orienation, etc.Comment
