Can I sue someone stating they can help me with the paperwork to get a government grant to get a house but charging me a fee? Someone called me today and said that i was approved to get a government grant to by a home (I had requested information on it). They stated I needed to provided them with $349 in five days and they would process my paperwork for me. They are supposedly an agency in Houston, Texas. However, i have found several information (from research done today) stating they are rip off\'s.
