I wish to inform you that leasing company can cash in security deposit as per agreement. In this regard if agreement is silent then landlord can cash in at any day after the date on check. As tenant has provided date on check before lease date thus landlord can keep security before beginning date of lease. As agreement has been made thus parties are liable to comply with agreement
