Are there any boiler plate clauses that cover requiring the parties to notify one another of any legal, regulatory, or investigative proceedings they may subsequently become engaged in?

There probably are; however, providing you legal documents like that is beyond the scope of a volunteer contributor (of which most posters here are) and delves into the duties of a licensed attorney - said duties which are illegally practicing law for a non-legal professional.
