I sold my Oregon business to my former partner, we have a written agreement specifying arbitration to resolve disputes. The agreement specifies a formula of interest-free monthly payments, which he is ignoring, and for which I will pursue arbitration. My question is: if the arbitrator agrees with my claim, can I also claim interest on 6 months of non-payment [and how much?], and can I recover arbitration and/or attorney fees? Neither are addressed in our agreement. Thanks in advance!
