Question about Sears Rebate

sears has a promotion that states the following:
"$100 Rebate:
Purchase a Freestanding or Slide-In Range
plus a qualifying Microhood Combination, Ventilation System
OR a Dishwasher.* Visit your local Sears for promotional rebate form."

We interpreted the statement to mean buying a Dishwasher alone would qualify for the rebate. What is your interpretation? Thank you.

Based on what you say here, you could file suit against them (or at least threaten to do so) in small claims court or in regular court
