I am in the process of settling a ongoing dispute with a company outside of the courtroom. They have complied with our requests and are now asking us to sign a general release form. I'm pretty sure it's pretty straight forward that they want me to comitt that we will not pursue further action, but being my history with the company, I'm a little weary. Any suggestions?
