I signed a contract for broadcasting school through a school in California. They charged my credit card and a month later they credited my card. They told me the credit card proccessor was refusing to work with them. They wanted me to send a check right away but I don't have the money in the bank. I told him I had to verify that the credit indeed happend and get a credit card check. I have contacted there credit processor and they said the company was in bad standing and that it was the school that proccessed the credit to avoid charge back fees. I told the school that I was not going to pay them again and not proceding with the program. They are threatning to send me to collections. Can they do that when they are the ones that defaulted the contract?
