Hello. Do SEC know the loan company's contract? Dahil kapag overdue ka na, mumurahin ka, tatakutin ka, ipopost ka daw sa social media.. pero nagrereply naman ako ng "hindi ko pa kaya bayaran and babayaran ko asap" dami ko po evidence. Hindi naman ako nagtatago inaantay ko pa kasi commission ko. Hindi ko rin sinasagot calls nila dahil "pipilitin" kang magbayad kahit wala ka pang pera. Thank you. I need a help from a lawyer. Thank you.
