hi. my father died two months ago, and he owed a heating oil company $565. he was on wellfare and social securitry 82 years old. he never signed a contract for monthly payments but the oil company allowed him to do so. his monthly payments was $120. now i live in his very old, very run down house, and im on wellfare with no other income with medical problems. am i legally responable to pay his $565 debt ? can they have the house sold to get the $565 ? the house is paid for. i will soon have the house put in my name. thank you. don
