The estate has to pay; or if it cannot the items have to be returned.

We have been living together for 7 years. I am in his will. He leaves everything he owns to me, we live in an apartment so means only the
furniture and personal possesions. i am his execurix listed on his will.
The question is cn I take the new furniture he bought and gave to me although he owes most of the amount to credit cards.
Will these stores or collection agencies make me pay for it? I have no money or job just a social security check each month.
In other words is it a free gift o me? That I dont have to pay for?
The old furniture was given away, the new is all we have now.

His estate should be consulted and if they agree that they were gifts then you may have them--otherwise not.

What will happen if I try to keep furniture and things my live in boyfriend ordered the day he died? He wanted to buy them for us.
I want to move to a different apartment and take them with me.
He bought them on the internet with his credit cards and then had a hearty attack. Can I legally take them them with me as they were a gift to me although he stills owes on them?
What can they do to me? He is 73 yerars old and I am 63Tags: None
