Personal Loan: Is it legal for the loan company to divulge personal information
I recently took out a small personal loan. Is it legal for the loan company to locate, contact, and divulge personal information to a family member regarding my loan without my knowledge or consent. (The personal information I refer to is date of the loan, amount of the loan, and the family member is my mother whom I have no financial ties to, I am 31 years old.)
