has anyone ever went through a ch13 and ended up giving more money in the plan that what was approved by the court? (ex my plan was approved for 1% paying $29,000 now the % is 85 paying back $41,000.

It is likely your attorney heard from the trustee. The trustee notifies the creditors and they in turn submit their claim.
Depending on how your attorney compiled the plan you will be over or under the total amount required. The plan is an estimate and rarely is right on the money
If you pay more than is required it will probably go to unsecured creditors.
If you pay less than is required you will have to pay before the case can be discharged.

i don't know if my atty heard from the trustee or not my atty has been suspended i did not understand a chapter 13 at all i thought that once the plan was approved in court that was it, my atty set up the plan for 3 years now i have a trustee telling me i will probaly be in the plan for 5 years i really don't think i can take 2 more years of this.
