You should check with the trustee involved if you mean you are in the middle of a bankruptcy.

My ex is having the payment deducted from her pay. We currently are half way thru it. I was left paying on the house and all that goes with it. I met someone and moved away. When I left my job I cashed out my retirement. My question is Am I obligated to pay any of my retirement money against the bankruptcy. I'm selling the house and I know that the money there will go to the bankruptcy. The other money was used to move, repair on the house to get it ready to sell and other expenses. I did not want to have any more new debt. Your help will be greatly appreciated.
