Courtesy Imports in Las Vegas tried to us the spot delivery scam. They wanted me to take the car home before financing was approved and then sign a paper stating that if i took the car i would have to pay $50 day and .20 cents a mile. The DMV Compliance Enforcement said this was a deceptive trade (illegal) can i sue? or somehow make them pay, i wouldnt want this to happen to other consumers.
