  • Can I trust my solicitor in selling my share of a house?

I have a house for sell by the court in a public auction in an EU country. As I live in other country I left one solicitor with the case. Now I am worried because from a few months time I stopped to receive correspondence directly from the court and when I phone the court they said they only informe my lawyer about the case. Does anybody know what I have to do to receive the correspondence again from the court or could this be that my solicitor have something to hide?

Have a second lawyer check on what is going on.

It is worth the minor fee for piece of mind.

Maybe world law staff could check for you, email them too.
