Well it’s hard to know the total circumstances, clearly the restaurant can’t serve something that’s so out of the ordinary and intoxicating, but that doesn’t happen very often.

I think it does happen at a few of those margarita places, that's why people end up having accidents, falling and all that other crazy stuff.

So the same happened to me, is the bottom line I have not so much chance to successfully sue --in Florida-- for the big bucks? I did break my ankle.

yeah I agree with you 100%, and I was just at one of those restaurants yesterday and watched the people become completely obliterated and then go stumbling out. I wonder how many of them then complain about the restaurant getting them too intoxicated?

With all the apps that are being created there should be something to monitor when the people are overly intoxicated and cut them off.
