  • San Manuel Casino staff in California gave my car to the wrong person

    Calif
Hello, in 2019 casino employees gave my car to someone other than me, I lost my car (the car was later found destroyed) and to this day they have not paid me for my car. I have gone through a lot of problems as a result of their mistake. The negligence of the casino they did not refuse to pay for my car but it is about to turn 2 years and they have not paid me I received an offer a few days ago but they do not offer me even half of my claim --- I can't sue them easily it seems because they are Indians and they exercise their own laws.
    What is best to do?

Try working through their customer service as much as you can. Often that is easiest,
You can sue them in tribal court if need be. It is possible to contact state of CA officials --e.g. at the attorney general's office-- and see if they can use their contacts to help.
Your own car insurance may also help or provide coverage.

Hi. Mistakes often happen in casinos. Sometimes even with payments.
